Shipping policy
At BikeFormers, we charge a nominal shipping fee to cover secure packaging, reliable courier services, and logistics—helping ensure your riding gear reaches you safely while supporting our continued growth and service quality.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.
Standard Shipping:
All orders are shipped via surface transport under our standard shipping method.
Express / Air Shipping:
If you require faster delivery, you may connect with our support team to opt for air shipping. Air shipping is available on customer request, and the additional charges will be borne by the customer.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Shipping Duration: Standard deliveries typically take 3–4 days, depending on your location.
We dispatch 90% of orders within 24 hours, and all confirmed orders within 48 hours. Please note, we do not ship on Sundays.
All BikeFormers orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners. Once an order is dispatched, the shipment is handled and transported by the respective courier service.
In rare situations where a package is delayed, misplaced, or lost during transit by the courier partner, BikeFormers will actively coordinate with the courier company to investigate and resolve the issue.
If the courier partner confirms the parcel as lost, BikeFormers will process the resolution based on the outcome and compensation received from the courier service. Customers will be informed and assisted throughout the process.
Please note that Bikeformers cannot be held directly responsible for issues caused by third-party courier partners; however, our team will make every reasonable effort to support and assist in resolving such cases.
