Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Before Shipment:

• You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.
• To cancel your order, please contact our customer support at support@bikeformers.com.
• Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation After Shipment:

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. You may, however, return the item in accordance with our return policy.

Refunds:

For orders canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5-7 business days.

Exceptions:

Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
